For more applicants

This post is for more applicants who did not make it to attend the previous orientations (see the earlier posts to understand orientation). You will just be going to take the interview and some tests. Requirements are necessary in order for us to evaluate you.  

The following are some requirments:
- Form 137 / Report Card (obligatory)

- Recommendation of the Parish Priest (obligatory)
The ff may be submitted later:
 - Good moral / Recommendation of the School or Honorable Dismissal or from previous work
- Baptismal and Confirmation Certificate
- Marriage Contract of Parents
