Batch 3 Orientation for Applicants

Dear Applicants,

 

Greetings!

 

The third batch of orientation will be held on May 19-20, 2014 at the Maria Assumpta Seminary. The live-in orientation is a two-day experience of seminary life where you will be acquainted with the different seminary structures – activities, schedule, and the five aspects of formation.

 

Parents or Guardians are required to come on May 20 at 10:00 o'clock in the morning the interview.

 

The last phase will be the evaluation and deliberation of all the applicants who will be formally accepted for the school year 2014-2015. You will be notified by phone call or letter.

 

Please prepare the following requirements:

- Form 137 / Report Card (obligatory)

- Recommendation of the Parish Priest (obligatory)

- Good moral / Recommendation of the School or Honorable Dismissal
- Baptismal and Confirmation Certificate
- Marriage Contract of Parents

 

Be at the seminary on May 19, 2014 at 10 o’clock in the morning. The following are the things to bring for the live-in orientation (2 days and 1 night):

- Php300.00 registration fee (food and other expenses)

- casual wear (shorts and pants)

- sports wear

- toiletries & towel

3:45pm            Merienda Break

4:00pm            Individual Interview

5:00pm            Preparation for the Fellowship Program

6:30pm            Rosary and Evening Prayer

7:15 – 7:30      Dinner

8:15 – 9:30      Fellowship Party

9:30                 Lights Off

 

DAY 2

6:15 – 7:00      Rising/Housework/Shower

7:00 – 7:30      Morning Praise/Holy Mass

7:30 – 8:00      Breakfast

8:00 – 9:00      Classroom Situation II

9:30                 Merienda Break

9:30 – 10:00    Continuation of Individual Interview if needed

                        /Checking and completion of Profiles including the classroom situation grades

10:00               Start of Interview with Parents/Guardians

11:00               End of Orientation
