This post is for more applicants who did not make it to attend the previous orientations (see the earlier posts to understand orientation). You will just be going to take the interview and some tests. Requirements are necessary in order for us to evaluate you.  

The following are some requirments:
- Form 137 / Report Card (obligatory)
- Recommendation of the Parish Priest (obligatory)

Batch 3 Orientation for Applicants

Dear Applicants,
Greetings! The third batch of orientation will be held onMay 19-20, 2014at the Maria Assumpta Seminary. The live-in orientation is a two-day experience of seminary life where you will be acquainted with the different seminary structures – activities, schedule, and the five aspects of formation. Parents or Guardians are required to come on May 20 at 10:00 o'clock in the morning the interview. The last phase will be the evaluation and deliberation of all the applicants who will be formally accepted for the school year 2014-2015. You will be notified by phone call or letter. Paynent Scheme

Please be informed that we have increased our board and lodging fee to Php5,000 monthly. The last increase was made since year 2000. This will be explained to the parents and to the seminarians on the first general assembly.

To simplify the payment scheme we have made the monthly payment to Php6,000 and this includes all other fees (miscellaneous, computer, contingency, etc.). Upon enrollment, the first two month advancement payment will still be applied.

For the high school students, no books no full payment policy will be implemented.

Uniform:
□Polo Barong or Plain White Polo. Any color preferably white
□Friday is wash day – any polo shirt
□Plain white t-shirt or inside shirts for the polo

Casual/Sports wear:

□Rubber slippers
□Rubber shoes

Toiletries:
□Pail & dipper (timba at tabo), bath robe, shampoo, soap, toothbrush, etc.


For High School New Comers

Things needed in the seminary (For High School New Comers):
Uniform:
□POLO Uniform. We have an official uniform and tailor - Ate Neng’s Fashion Creation, SMI Shopping Center, Cabanatuan City (0915) 413-7735. The uniform colors are blue, gray & white.
□Seminary official logo patch for the polo uniform (available at our office)
□Casual polo shirts (Friday Attire)
□White long sleeves with black necktie (seminary formal attire)
□Plain white t-shirt or inside shirts for the polo

□Black socks
