Registration/ Food Committee:

Task: 1. Get the pre-registration form from each parish and get the number of participants.

                                    2. Make certificates (29 pieces) and buy frames.

                                    3. Make ID’s and classify the participants into senior or junior.

                                    4. Get the budget c/o Tita Fely.

                                    5. Prepare an acknowledgement receipt.

Team Building/ Sports Committee:

First Aid:

Sem. Phil Raymond Ignacio and Carl John Taduran

Tasks: 1. Prepare all the things needed for the sports: torch, balls (basketball and volleyball), timer, whistle, score book, buzzer, nets (basket and volley).

2. Assign persons that will serve as: line men, scorer, announcer, referee, first aid, water boy, etc.

3. Prepare the things needed for the team building – c/o Alvin

4. Prepare the budget needed for the team building.

5. Prepare the medicine kit.

 

Liturgy Committee and Emcees:

                        Tasks: 1. Prepare the things needed for the mass (main chapel).

2. Prepare all the prayers needed (prayer of St. Tarcisius, prayer for vocations, prayer of altar servers, etc.)

3. Practice the pontifical servers.

Lights and Sounds Committee/ Documentation:

                        Tasks: 1. Download the background music and others songs.

2. Get the camera and videocam from Ma’am Rica, charge the batteries a day before the event and prepare a memory card reader.

3. Prepare the video presentation of the seminarians.

4. Prepare the sound system in the auditorium and in the court - c/o Kuya Ronald.

Logistics and Arts:

            Sem. James Patrick A. Sampana

            Sem. John Carlo M. Santos

Tasks: 1. Over-all in-charge of the physical arrangements for the event: auditorium

            2. Print tarpaulin background for the photo-booth.

            3. Get the design of the event from Kevin.

4. Prepare a PowerPoint presentation for the mass. c/o Carlo Santos

Souvenir/ Special Committee:

            Sem. Mark Kevin C. Salac

Tasks: 1. Prepare the template for the photo-booth and the materials needed (camera, printer, ink, photo paper, etc.)

2. Get the budget from Fr. Sed for the souvenirs (t-shirts, keychain, wristband, etc.)

3. Prepare the t-shirt design.

April 1 (Tuesday):  Submission of budget proposals (Marvin for sports and team-building, Carlo for food and store, Kevin for photo booth and tarpaulin + t-shirts, Eduardo for ID’s, certificates, frames and for the exhibit).

April 5 (Saturday): Deadline of the things and persons needed for the sports and team building c/o Marvin and Alvin.

April 6 (Sunday): Deadline for video presentations of seminarians c/o Kevin, Enrico and Josh. Printing of the summary of talks c/o Ian and Carlo.

April 7 (Monday): Deadline for the exhibit c/o Patrick. Deadline of tarpaulins and photo booth.

April 8 (Tuesday): Deadline for the physical arrangement c/o Patrick. Arrival of the volunteers (8:00 A.M.) Finishing…
